hmdm launcher apk could not be download

I configured a local MDM server and scanned a QR code, however my phone isn't downloading the hmdm launcher apk from the specified location.
How can I fix this issue?
Can you download this from your local server?

Decipher the QR code and extract the Headwind MDM launcher APK URL from it. Then check whether it could be downloaded in the mobile browser, when the test device is in the same network as the enrolled device.

A possible issue is a problem with SSL certificate described here: https://qa.h-mdm.com/7394/  Notice: in this case, mobile browser can download the APK without issues, so you need to check your SSL certificate.
