Policies (settings, applications) are set up in the Configuration in Headwind MDM web panel. So you need to set up policies in the web panel first, then assign this configuration to a test tablet, make sure it is properly configured, and then you can clone this configuration by assigning it to other tablets.
It is not possible to import policies from an already configured tablet.
