I have 220 Samsung Devices: Question about deploy [closed]

We acquired 220 Samsung Tablets. We already have Headwind running on the server. 

I have 2 questions:

1- Is It possible to block the notifications slider? Otherwise the user has access to the Tablet settings in the gear icon.

2- (off topic) Is there any solution for me to clone the first Tablet that is fully configured, with Headwind policies and some adjustments on the Tablet itself. That's 220 Tablets!!
