We prepared a new version of our application and uploaded it to the web panel.

I see that the installation status in the Devices tab is green, but the application was not updated.

I also noticed that the version code of both versions is the same. When I update the app manually on the device, it is updated without any issues.

Can you please help me to update the application?

Headwind MDM cannot update the app remotely if the new APK has the same version code as the already installed APK. Note that this behaviour is different from "manual" installation of the APK.

To avoid updating issues, please increase the version code and change the version name in each new version as suggested by Android versioning guidelines: https://developer.android.com/studio/publish/versioning
