Hi,

Do you know if we can upgrade the hardware specifications of a VM, directly, for example assigning 4 to 16 GB, without blocking the VM? Should we need to configure Tomcat that it has more resources?

Also, I didn't understand the explanation about the number of devices with and without logging. --> Can you recommend hardware?

What is the difference ? Is it because we enable instant MQTT update?

The VM upgrade issues should be addressed to the hosting provider.

When devices are sending logs, they load both the database (a lot of log records in the database table) and the CPU (because Headwind MDM should process multiple log requests).

Therefore, if you have many devices, it's recommended to turn on logging only for those devices/configurations which are experiencing issues.

MQTT doesn't load the server much as it's a very lightweight protocol.
