Hi, I am trying the premium version of Headwind MDM, but I am searching for a solution to block users from accessing WhatsApp Settings.

In general, an MDM application allows you to enable or disable apps, not specific app activities. Also, it doesn't have access to the third party app settings.

In principle you can try disabling Whatsapp package and enabling certain Whatsapp activities instead: https://qa.h-mdm.com/7634/  But that's not straightforward, and will not work in kiosk mode.
