Time to refresh device state on the server

Hi,

I want to know the exact time that takes to refresh the device state on the dashboard ,

like status online/offline, GPS position ....

is it required to press the refresh button on the device  To be the state updated on the dashboard ????

Headwind MDM refreshes its state each 15 minutes (or if you click "Refresh"). But if the device is sleeping, this interval may increase to up to a few hours.
