Can we support more than one organisation using the same instance of Headwind?

Question

Currently only one organisation uses Headwind. We would like to be able to support other organisations but would like their devices to be only available to that organisation but use the same APK and even configurations. Is this possible or should we create a separate instance of Headwind for each organisation?
