Recent app and settings button not locked

After installing hmdm in kiosk mode the recent app button is still active. How do I lock them?

Kiosk mode may not work because:

1. You didn't install the app as a Device Owner application. The most common installation method is by QR code based installer. See details here: https://qa.h-mdm.com/4895/

2. You are running the Community edition - it doesn't support kiosk mode. To use kiosk mode, request a Premium edition: https://h-mdm.com/pricing/
