How to enable USB OTG and a physical keyboard

Hello,

we use Samsung Galaxy XCover 4 and 5 handheld(phones) with special barcode scanner extensions. To use the barcode scanner two options must be enabled

USB OTG
and
a physical keyboard

is there a possibility to control this option with headwind?

complement: Is it possible to activate a special keyboard if installed? The mentioned handhelds have special hardware, so it has to be activated. Is this possible via Headwind

Headwind MDM doesn't have an option to enable USB OTG and a physical keyboard.

Note that you are asking about a custom device, and Enterprise version includes adaptation services to the custom device. You can request the device supplier if there's any SDK to perform the required actions, and if his response will be positive, you can send a customization request to Headwind MDM support.
