Refresh configuration on a single device

I have issues with a device: it fails to update our application (download error). Is it possible to push the configuration on this device once again?

Yes, it is possible.

1. Select one or more devices in the device list

2. Click "Set configuration" at the top right corner of the list

3. In the popup, keep the same configuration and click "Save".

The Push notification about the configuration refresh should be sent to selected devices.

The configuration can also be refreshed by using the "Refresh" icon on the device desktop.

How can I refresh the configuration on the device when "Use with default launcher" is enabled in the configuration of the web page?

Well, you can start Headwind MDM manually from the launcher app list, and it should be refreshed. Also, rebooting will refresh the configuration.
