I have requested the device factory reset from the console. The device was wiped, but after next setup, it was wiped again.

There's currently an issue: the "factory reset" status isn't cleared after the device was wiped. This will be fixed soon.

The workaround is to remove the device in the web panel, and add the device with the same device number.
